Sakari is the newest brand from Japan’s renowned sake empire. The brewery is located in Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture, which is part of Nada, a region in the southeastern part of the prefecture recognized as one of the best sake-producing areas in the world. What makes Nada an exceptional sake-producing region is its ideal brewing environment, including high-quality sake rice, abundant natural water sources, and cool winds from the Rokko Mountains that help regulate temperature during the fermentation process.
